Austrian Euro coins

Austrian Euro coins shows on the obverse three different themes, namely typical flowers for the 1 2 and 5 cents, examples of architecture present in the capital Vienna for the 10 20 and 50 eurocent, famous personalities of the Austria for the 1 and 2 Euro coins. On the reverse side, like any other Euro issue, the design is common to all nations. The themes were chosen through a public survey, which evaluated a series of proposals made by a group of experts. All coins were minted by the Mint of Vienna, which does not imprint any mint mark.
