Portuguese Euro coins
Portuguese Euro coins features on the obverse three designs which are all quite similar, representing ancient royal seals used by the first sovereign of the country, within a circle of seven castles and five escutcheons that recall the history of the birth of the Kingdom. On the reverse side, like any other Euro issue, the design is common to all nations.
All the coins are minted by the Lisbon Mint which engraves its INCM sign on the coins.
