Sammarinese Euro coins
Even if it's not member of the European Union, the Republic of San Marino is authorized, through a special agreement, to mint and use the Euro as the official currency of the State, due to the monetary agreements with Italy.
Sammarinese Euro coins are minted by the Mint of of Rome and, due to their low mintage, they are very interesting for collectors. The design of the 8 coins are all different from each other, and represent important monuments or artworks of the small Republic.
